Misugi Resort takes thorough measures to prevent infectious diseases so that our guests can spend their time with peace of mind. The front desk is equipped with acrylic panels and alcohol disinfectant to prevent infection, and employees are required to wear masks, take temperatures, and keep track of their physical condition. In addition, under the concept of "New Normal Viking," the buffet restaurant has been designed to ensure social distance in seating arrangements, and the desks, chairs, tongs, and shelves are coated with a photocatalytic antibacterial coating. In the live kitchen, each customer is served food prepared on the spot, some dishes are served in small bowls, acrylic covers are installed to prevent droplet infection, and Mytongs are available upon request. Gloves to be worn when picking up food are also provided, allowing guests to enjoy their meals with peace of mind. In addition, the venue is regularly ventilated, air purifiers are operated 24 hours a day, and carbon dioxide levels are regularly measured in an effort to avoid air sealing.
