A taste of old-fashioned retro Japanese culture

Located along the Kumano Highway in Ouchiyama, Oki Town, the area surrounding Minpaku Izuho is a satoyama area with a peaceful original Japanese landscape of wide open fields and the JR Kisei Line train passing on the other side of the fields. In spring and summer, the rice fields are carpeted with green after rice planting along with freshly green mountains, and in autumn, golden ears of rice before harvest enrich our hearts. In the fall, golden ears of rice before the harvest enrich the soul. Visitors can also enjoy the retro Japanese culture of old, such as the Goemon baths and Kamado, a traditional Japanese-style bathhouse.
